Returns & refunds
First and foremost we hope you’ll be in love with your purchase from FAUX FLORAL. But if you do have any issues with your order please contact me at hanna@fauxfloral.uk straight away.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, we will need 5 days notice before your order is due to be delivered

We do not accept returns unless items are faulty or damaged. Any faulty or damaged items must be notified to us within 5 working days of receipt

Any delivery costs are non-refundable unless your purchase is agreed to be faulty

Refunds will be paid to you on the same card purchase was made. We look to refund within 5 business days of agreed return items being received. The duration your bank takes to process the refund is out of my control
